Lac Hong University’s students to be fully confident

After nearly 15 years of school foundation, Lac Hong is confident as not only a strong unit in training, research activities, and technology transfer but also a highly appreciated school for its security and freedom of social evils. It has recently had an honor to be awarded the Emulation Flag on June 21, 2011 by the Ministry of Public Security for its leading position in the national security movement.

 

Seen as an educational unit, in addition to conveying students specialist knowledge, Lac Hong University focuses on educating its students about patriotic traditions and raising their awareness of responsibility as well as contribution to the community. Particularly, the school always offers its students political courses at the beginning of their school years and Union’s activities to raise their knowledge of politics and society.

In order to guarantee the training function following missions Lac Hong has undertaken and its security, Dr. Tran Hanh – Rector of the school has affirmed in the ceremony on receiving the Emulation Flagrecently presented by the Ministry of Public Security that all information on the school’s website especially on the forum is to discuss study affairs without mentioning politics.  The collectives of staff, teachers, and students of Lac Hong are completely confident in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

 

In recent times, on some forums or websites, many wrongdoers take advantage of patriotism and enthusiasm of students to incite and embroil them in demonstrations. The Vietnamese youths need to be greatly alert and take precautions when accessing different sources of information. Before burning political affairs at present, leaders of Lac Hong have asked all of their students to focus on their studies and strictly forbidden articles related to politics on forums and website of the school.  Violation to this ban will be accountable to the School Managing Board.

 

Society has clearly separated responsibilities and regulations for each subject. As students, they have duties to study, carry out research, enhance knowledge, practice, and improve skills so as to serve their work in the future. Hopefully, students of Lac Hong University will continue their efforts to take practical actions contributing to the national development. Moreover, they should thicken achievements by studying well to follow the school’s mission:
