LHU won second and third prizes at badminton contest

Recently, Military Steering Committee of Dong Nai Radio and Television hosted Badminton Award 2013 of Military Steering Committees of agencies and schools held at Dong Nai provincial Military Steering Committee's badminton ground.

The contest attracted the participation of 32 men and women athletes belonging to provincial Politics School's Military Steering Committees, Dong Nai Telecommunications, Dong Nai Newspaper, Dong Nai Radio and Television, Lac Hong University, Dong Nai University and Ho Chi Minh city University of Industry (campus 2). The 32 players across the province participating in the contest competed in four categories namely men’s singles, mix doubles, men’s doubles under 40 years of age and men’s doubles over 40.

Participating the contest, LHU had seven badminton players, competing in three types namely men’s singles, mix doubles and men’s doubles under 40 years of age.

As a result, LHU excellently won prizes as follow:

Nguyen Vo Son got second prize for men's singles.

Nguyen Viet Hung and Nguyen Vo Son got third prize for men’s doubles under 40 years of age.
