Sacombank awarded scholarships to LHU students

In the morning of October 25, LHU in cooperation with Sacombank's Trustees Board and Directorate Board organized a ceremony to hand over Sacombank's scholarships to 5 students of Finance and Banking Faculty. The event was also a program to recruit potential trainees.

Attending the program was LHU's Vice Rector Meritorious Teacher Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan; Director of Enterprise Relation and Student Support Tran Dung, M.A and Vice Dean of Finance and Banking Faculty Nguyen Quoc Huy, M.A; Sacombank's Vice Director - Southeast region Tran Thai Khanh Linh; Director of Dong Nai branch Pham Thi Thu; Vice Director of Human Resources - Dong Nai branch Tran Thi Phuong Quyen and more than 500 students of Economic branches.

At the program, representatives of Sacombank presented five scholarships each worth VND three million to five poor studious students.

For the past years, LHU has been expanding and speeding cooperation relations with big enterprises in Dong Nai and nearby provinces. In recent years, Sacombank is one of the big investors at LHU. They have offered many scholarship awarding programs and career opportunities for LHU students, especially "Sacombank potential trainees" which is regularly organized in order to create equal conditions and opportunities for seniors of Economic branches.

Speaking at the event, Ms Pham Thi Thu stressed that "Strengthening cooperation relation and recruitment with LHU has been one of the operation and development strategies highly appreciated by the Directorate Board".
