On the afternoon of November 10, 2025, at Room A301, Campus 1 of Lac Hong University (LHU), the Faculty of Information Technology, in collaboration with Haravan, successfully organized the workshop "Omnichannel Sales Management – Haravan Reveals Secrets for Gen Z".
The event was part of a series of activities connecting businesses, the university, and students, aimed at helping LHU students gain practical knowledge, learn about new technology trends in e-commerce, and hone their online business and omnichannel sales management skills—essential competencies in the digital age.

Practical Experience – Official Certification from Haravan
A special highlight of the event was the hands-on practice session. Students were guided to operate directly on the Haravan platform, covering everything from product management, order tracking, and sales channel processing to customer care. This provided them with practical experience in the operational workflow of an omnichannel business model.
