Opening ceremony of Robocon Vietnam 2011 – Southern region

The opening ceremony of Robotcon Vietnam 2011, the southern regional qualifying round took place on April 5 at the Rach Mieu Sports House, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Attending the ceremony was leaders of Vietnam Television, of Ministry of Education and Training, of TOYOTA Vietnam corp. and of universities and colleges and their Robocon teams in the southern region.

This year, there are 13 teams from Dong Nai-based Lac Hong University participating in the regional qualifying round. Opening the regional qualifying round is the match between two teams LH - NVN1 Lac Hong University and CT 08 -2 Cao Thang Technical College. As a result, LH – NVN1 has won 120 points. The two Robocon teams of Lac Hong, LH - NVN1 and LH - ZO2T have opened the rounds and both of them are completely victorious.
