English Department welcomes new students of 2012

On 14^th October, English Department’s Youth Union and Students Association organized an exchange at room E 105, Campus 3, Lac Hong University with the theme “Welcoming new students of 2012” in an intimate, warm and jubilant atmosphere.

Present at the meeting were Comrade Tran Tien – Standing Deputy Secretary of the university’s Youth Union, Chairman of Students Association, Comrade Phan Suong Phuc - Deputy Secretary of Oriental Studies’ Youth Union, Comrade Tran Thanh Hai - Secretary of Information Technology’s Youth Union, Ms . Pham Thi Thanh Truc – Lecturer of English Department and Form teacher of the batch 2012, Youth Union members and the great participation of freshmen and students of previous courses.

The welcoming meeting was full of eventful activities. Besides art performances such as singing, dancing, students had chance to take part in some games instructed by Comrade Phan Suong Phuc. He brought an joyful atmosphere to the exchange. The exchange had the aim of helping newcomers relieve their feeling of first moments in a new learning environment to study, share experience and help each other. The meeting ended with a friendship relation between freshmen and students of 2011 with the witness of all attendees.
