Meeting between students and the University Management Board early 2013

On the morning of January 10, a direct meeting between students and the University Management Board was held at Room A 301 – campus 1 – Lac Hong University. The program was attended by Chairman of the Trustees Board, Rector People’s Teacher Dr. Do Huu Tai, Vice Rectors Dr. Nguyen Van Nam and Lam Thanh Hien, M.A, representatives of offices and faculties and nearly 500 students at all levels.

Direct meeting between students and the Management Board is an annual activity paid high attention by the leaders. The meeting aimed to find out, listen to students’ opinions, and to grasp their thoughts and expectations to be able to better serve their study, research and their campus life.

Speaking at the meeting, Rector Dr. Do Huu Ta shared that “No teacher wants to teach and hope his students to pay money and repay him”. He also expressed his wish that student generations can understand and sympathize with the university’s difficulties in training and the nation’s restrictions in education and policies.

At the program, the participants raised many questions to the Board. These questions mainly focused on areas such as education, scientific research, internships, facilities upgrading, training majors, ....  The Board directly responded to these questions.
