Presenting gifts to AO/dioxin victims - third quarter of 2013
On October 4, LHU's Youth Union – Student Association in association with Dong Nai AO/dioxin Victims’ Association visited and presented gifts to 20 AO/dioxin victims in Cam My and Dinh Quan districts. Each gift was worth VND 600,000.
Earlier, LHU's Youth Union – Student Association handed over each gift including 20 kilos of rice, cooking oil, cakes,... equivalent VND 300,000 and VND 300,000 in cash to 20 AO/ dioxin victims in the second quarter.
The event provided youth members a chance to learn about our precious tradition “When drinking water, remember its source” and understand more about the difficult circumstances of AO/ dioxin victims.
Families having AO/dioxin victims received gifts from LHU.
