Tran Giang Dai Hoang wins the 11th LHU Students' Singing Competition

In order to mark the 31st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November ,20), LHU recently held the 11th LHU students' singing competition for its students at all levels. The contest took place from November 2 to 18, 2013 attracting the great participation of more than 150 registering students. After qualifying rounds, 42 items were selected to the semifinal which took place from November 11 to 12. As a result, the contest saw the participation of 16 items selected for the finale.

At the final round participated Bui Thi Bich Thuy - Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Youth  Union, Chairwoman of provincial Student Association; Nguyen Trung Phuong - Secretary of University Party Committee; Dr. Diep Cam Thu - Vice Rector; representatives of faculties, departments and offices; Le Son Quang - Secretary of University Youth Union; Tran Tien - Chairman of University Student Association; Dong Nai Police Intelligence - Security Emulation Cluster Group - unit twinned with LHU, reporters of Dong Nai Newspaper, Dong Nai Radio and Television and more than 500 students.

The final contest began with ebullient performances of 16 items. As a result, Tran Giang Dai Hoang (Class 11CN111 - Faculty of Information Technology) has won the 11th Students' Singing Competition.
