Sejong University wishes to cooperate with LHU

In the afternoon of May 9, a delegation from Sejong University had a working session with Lac Hong University. The working session focused on cooperation between the two sides in student exchange and summer semester in English language. Vice Rector Dr. Nguyen Van Nam, Head of International Relations Dept. Dr. Huynh Trung Tam; Dean of Oriental Studies Nguyen Huu Nghi, M.A; Head of Korean Studies branch Tran Huu Yen Loan, M.A warmly received Sejong University delegation led by Dean of International Relations Faculty Seungbin Moon; Head of Project Kim Jong Hun and Chairman of Global Hope Association in Vietnam Kwang Kyun.

Earlier, Global Hope offered VND 200 million to LHU Faculty of Oriental Studies in June 2013. This was a fund for the development of Korean resources room. In this meeting, Chairman of Global Hope Association in Vietnam has directly provided a link for Sejong University to meet and work with LHU in implementing student exchange project and summer semester in English.

In the first meeting with the University, representative of Sejong University has provided the participants with information about their activity program, then mentioned the project and the discussion of cooperation with the University.

Initially, the University will receive provided information from Sejong University. It has also expressed the wish to develop and cooperate with Sejong University. In addition, LHU will appoint lecturers who used to study in Sejong to directly exchange and work with Sejong University.

Mr. Seungbin Moon expressed his wish to cooperate with the University.
