LHU students responded to Tet tree planting

Lying in the chains of activities to mark the 124th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1980 - 2014), LHU Youth Union - Student Association attended the launching ceremony of Tet tree planting "Forever remember President Ho Chi Minh's good turn" 2014 held by Dong Nai provincial Youth Union in association with Tran Bien Temple of Literature on May 18.

Member of Central Standing Committee - Head of the Propaganda and Education Commission at Dong Nai Party Committee Huynh Van Toi; Head of the Organization Board at Dong Nai Party Committee Pham Van Ru; Head of the People Mobilization Work Commission at Dong Nai Party Committee Huynh Van Tinh attended the event. Lac Hong University delegation led by Secretary of Youth Union Le Son Quang and more than 200 youth union members participated in the ceremony.

At the launching ceremony, all participants reviewed President Ho Chi Minh's outstanding contributions to the fight for national liberation. They also burnt incense and flowers at Tran Bien Temple of Literature to show their worship to the President Ho Chi Minh and great men of culture.

Tran Bien Temple of Literature Center in cooperation with Dong Nai provincial Youth Union launched Tet tree planting and responded to Uncle Ho’s call through plating thousands of trees in Tran Bien Temple of Literature's precinct.

After the launching ceremony, a series of activities was held including the inaugural ceremony of  Huynh Van Nghe embossment stature; opening the exhibition " Quoc Tu Giam Temple of Literature Thang Long, Ha Noi and Tran Bien Temple of Literature"; planting trees and cleaning the surrounding areas.

A large number of youth union members took part in the tet tree-planting at Tran Bien Temple of Literature, Bien Hoa city.

LHU students were cleaning areas surrounding the Temple of Literature.
