The 32nd English speaking club meeting held

The General English Department held the 32^nd E-club meeting at 7.30, 24 May with the topic ‘HAPPINESS’. Nothing more than the prerequisite aim of offering a useful playground to enhance students’ English communication skill, the organizers devoted their time and effort constantly in order to create a close and effective working atmosphere.

The club meeting attracted a number of students from several different departments who attended and showed their interests in the topic. Coming to this event, they had opportunities to express their opinions about the concept of ‘Happiness’. Furthermore, they were able to participate in interesting games and passionately listened to the familiar song ‘That is love’. This meeting enabled them to identify the factors that shaped ‘Happiness’ and the way how to possess real happiness from simple things rather than from faraway ones. Finally, what made the club meeting successful was the students’ enthusiastic participation and willingness.

The club meeting ended at 10.40 a.m.
