Lac Hong University receiving San Hak’s representatives from Korea

Morning of September 5, Lac Hong University had a working session with President of San Hak Organization Kim Seong Peom and Specialist Chea Hui Won.

 

San Hak is an organization awarding scholarships to students of Korean studies in Viet Nam including Lac Hong University. This is the second time Lac Hong’s students receive scholarships worth a total of USD 5000 from San Hak.

 

At the working session, Mr. Kim Seong Peom expressed his hope to visit and meet with receivers and also made plans for a coming scholarship awarding ceremony for Lac Hong University.

 

On behalf of Lac Hong University, Dr. Tran Hanh – Rector of the university acknowledged delegation’s visiting and working with the university. He expressed that the scholarship is a great encouragement for Lac Hong’s students to continue their efforts to study well. In addition, he stressed that the mission of the university is to train highly qualified human resources without retraining programs. Therefore, association’s support has greatly contributed to the completion of the university’s mission. Next year, the university hopes to hold seminars with foreign enterprises in Viet Nam including Korean ones to promote cooperative relationships with them in training tasks. He also sent his sincere thanks to San Hak Organization for its support and hoped to strengthen further cooperation and exchange between the organization and the university.  

 

According to the plans, the scholarship awarding ceremony will be held at Sharoton hotel in Ho Chi Minh city on September 7.
