Lac Hong University will hold the 7th Vietnam Conference on Mechatronics 2014

The Vietnam Conference on Mechatronics (VCM) is a biennial national conference organized since  2002 with the aim of developing Mechatronics Science and Technology for the sustainable growth of Vietnam. Following the success of the conferences VCM - 2002, VCM - 2004, VCM - 2006, VCM - 2008, VCM – 2010, the 6^th VCM - 2012 was organized by VNU University of Engineering and Technology in cooperation with the Vietnam Mechatronics Community, Vietnam Aerospace Community, Institute of Mechanics, Space Technology Institute, Information Technology – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The conference this year had 184 papers. The Organizing Committee had checked over 168 ones with 336 times of criticism. As a result, scientists had selected 116 papers which were presented at the conference on 14 and 15 December, 2012 with 20 subcommittees. Lac Hong University had 4 papers  including Mobile Robots and Automatic Vehicles reported by Mr. Le Hoang Anh  - Vice Dean of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Modeling and Controlling Robot presented by Mr. Do Binh Nguyen of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics in Machine Manufacture reported by Nguyen Van Trung of the Training Department and Mr. Pham Van Toan – Vice Dean of Faculty of Electro Mechanics.

Ending the conference, Dr. Do Huu Hao – Chairman of Vietnam Mechatronics Community handed over the Decision to hold the 7^th Vietnam Conference on Mechatronics 2014 to Lac Hong University.
