Japanese paragraph writing contest launched

In response to the 19th annual Japanese eloquence contest, on March 31, at the campus 3, LHU’s Faculty of Oriental Studies in cooperation with Japanese International Exchange Fund launched a A I U E O paragraph writing contest for students at all levels. The contest is a meaningful playground for contestants to improve their writing skills and knowledge of Japanese language.
30 students of the batches from 2009 to 2012 actively registered for this contest. The contest was also attended by the two Japanese experts Mr. Sato and Ms. Komastubara as the Jury. 
All of contestants’exam papers will be marked by the Judges of the 19th Japanese eloquence contest at Ho Chi Minh city University of Foreign Trade. The results will be published and the awarding ceremony will take place on May 13 at Ben Thanh Theatre, Ho Chi Minh city.
Paralleling with the writing contest was the Japanese speaking club meeting led by the Organizing Board and the two experts. This was a great chance for all of students to exchange and learn about Japanese traditional culture via team games.
